Miss "Legal Eagle"
UPDATE: It appears that AnnMarie Calderaro is a COUSIN of Melissa Calrow. Since we wrote this post, we were able to trace back the LucyDee66 handle on social media and discovered that it belongs to AnnMarie Calderaro, who we believe is Melissa Calrow's cousin.
Melissa Calrow's friend: MISS LEGAL EAGLE
We got trolled by one of Melissa Calrow's friends (possible family member) awhile back on social media. (UPDATE: It appears that AnnMarie Calderaro is a COUSIN of Melissa Calrow.)
This person referred to themselves as a 'legal eagle', so we will refer to her as Miss Legal Eagle. Miss Legal Eagle (also, just known as a troll or keyboard cowgirl)
Naturally, like all trolls, the person had a 'fake name', private profile, and no photo. However, it was very easy to find them because their username was also in various email addresses and those email addresses led us to their personal information (turns out they share/shared the same address as Melissa Calrow), their full name, and quite a few interesting comments they left on social media. Obviously we knew right away that the person trolling us was associated somehow with Vieira's Bakery because we have been trolled ZERO times whenever we have posted about the lawsuit on social media.
Also, if you read the comment (which we deleted after taking a screenshot to spare them the public humiliation), this person is claiming there is another side to this story. Even if there is another side to this story, it doesn't absolve Melissa Calrow or Vieira's Bakery of any liability we have claimed in our lawsuit.
WE HAD AN NDA SIGNED WITH VIEIRA'S BAKERY and the evidence does suggest Melissa LIED. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to share the evidence as its confidential (for now). So as much as Vieira's Bakery and/or Melissa Calrow really, really, REALLY want to potentially blame other people, the fact still remains as such: the NDA we signed was with Vieira's Bakery. Melissa Calrow, Carleen Vieira, and Carlos Vieira all knew we had a trademark protection on our bag. Also, if there was another side to this story, Melissa Calrow or someone at Vieira's Bakery should have come clean when we sent the first cease and desist letter on February 6, 2023 instead of making up excuses, lies, and spinning tall tales. This would have been over and done with if they had simply remedied the situation when we asked them to remedy it. Interestingly enough, we made no claims about 'winning' whatsoever in the particular post Miss Legal Eagle trolled us on so it makes us wonder... what exactly was she getting at?
Maybe we should depose her since she seems to believe she has some kind of special information related to the case? Food for thought. Oh and before Miss Legal Eagle cries 'DEFAMATION', she should really just thank her lucky stars we are not posting her entire digital footprint which includes some vulgar, disgusting comments she left under posts about a women of color.
And just a pleasant reminder: Defamation is the act of sharing false information that harms someone's reputation. This is not false information. It's just her own words coming back around. Carry on. Miss Legal Eagle is associated with Melissa
BTW, same woman who made fun of our thick eyebrows...
